Who we are

Dave Mager is a seasoned executive and sales strategist with over 25 years of experience driving hyper-growth for enterprise technology companies. A former leader at Salesforce, Dave specializes in enabling companies to architect and close high-stakes, multi-million dollar transactions.

At Salesforce, Dave served as an AE, RVP, AVP, and Industry VP, consistently delivering outsized results across many businesses. From 540% individual attainment to building a 43-person sales organization with 110%+ attainment on a $130M quota, he orchestrated some of the firm’s largest deals, including a landmark $18M ACV transaction.

Prior to founding Mager Consulting, Dave held various leadership roles in management consulting and technology, focusing on designing and operationalizing global go-to-market strategies. He is an outcome-oriented leader who embeds directly with teams to close the deals that materially change a company's trajectory.
